The Canadian Horticultural Council (CHC) and the Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA) have partnered to raise the profile of the horticultural sector with elected officials through a series of targeted meetings and a gala reception. On November 22-23, representatives from the CHC and CPMA will meet with MPs to discuss priority issues facing the horticultural industry. These discussions will be framed around topics such as financial risk mitigation, health and biosecurity. On November 22, a gala reception at the Sheraton Ottawa will feature the very best in products and foods to MPs and invited guests.
