The Trade and Industry Standards Committee represents the interests of members as they relate to inter-provincial and international trade, as well as to standards within the industry.

Activities
The Committee meets as a whole at the Annual Meeting in March. At other times of the year, the Chair or other appointees represent CHC members in national and provincial meetings that affect trade and industry standards in horticulture.
